How can I reserve accommodation at Da Villa Juanita?
Visit the Rooms & Suites page, select your preferred accommodation, choose your check-in and check-out dates, enter the number of guests and continue through checkout. Your reservation details will be recorded when you submit the order.
What payment methods are currently available?
Direct bank transfer and the available pay-on-arrival option are currently shown at checkout. Follow only the payment instructions provided through davillajuanita.com or sent directly by Da Villa Juanita.
Will secure online card payments be available?
Yes. Da Villa Juanita plans to introduce secure online card payments through Fygaro. The card-payment option will appear at checkout after the gateway has been configured and tested. Until then, use only the payment methods currently displayed during checkout.
Will Da Villa Juanita store my card details?
No. When Fygaro card payments are enabled, complete card information will be entered and processed through Fygaro’s secure payment service. Da Villa Juanita does not intend to store complete payment-card details on this website.
Is my reservation confirmed immediately after checkout?
A reservation is confirmed only after Da Villa Juanita sends written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received. Please keep your reservation reference and payment confirmation.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Contact Da Villa Juanita as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability. The cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund conditions provided with your reservation will apply.
Accommodation & Guests
What accommodation options are available?
Guests may reserve the Ocean View Pavilion, the Garden Level Suite or one of six individually bookable Coastal Vista rooms.
How many guests can each accommodation sleep?
- Ocean View Pavilion: up to 14 guests
- Garden Level Suite: up to 10 guests
- Coastal Vista Rooms 1–5: up to 4 guests each
- Coastal Vista Room 6: up to 2 guests
Are additional guest charges applied?
Coastal Vista Rooms 1–5 include double occupancy. For approved third or fourth guests, the additional charge is US$75 per adult aged 18 or older, per night, and US$50 per child aged 1–17, per night. Infants under one year stay without an additional guest charge.
Do all accommodations have air conditioning?
Yes. All guest rooms and bookable accommodations at Da Villa Juanita are air-conditioned.
Can the Coastal Vista Wing be reserved as one unit?
The Coastal Vista Wing page is a room selector that helps guests compare its six rooms. Each Coastal Vista room is currently selected and reserved individually according to its own availability.
Arrival & Your Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Requests may be accommodated depending on availability and require advance approval. An additional charge may apply.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome and must be supervised by a responsible adult, particularly around outdoor and natural areas.
How can I make a special request?
Add your request in the Special Requirements or Order Notes field during checkout, or contact Da Villa Juanita before arrival. Special requests are subject to availability and are guaranteed only when confirmed in writing.
Are visitors, parties or events allowed?
Only the guests included in the confirmed reservation may occupy the accommodation. Visitors, parties, events, commercial photography and other non-standard uses require advance written approval and may involve additional conditions or charges.
